It's wonderful to have such a friend...

Sandra is a friend, who I’ve known for about ten years. You’d think when you’ve known someone for 10 years, you know everything about them. I learned yesterday that Sandra is horrified by mistakes. I don’t like mistakes, either. (who does, anyway?) So, every post I write in my pretty imperfect English, I email to Sandra (she’s an English teacher), and only after her correction I publish it. In fact, I wanted to say that Sandra is someone who you can rely on. It’s wonderful to have such a friend. This picture, which I painted especially for her, is my way to keep that balance. Maybe all this sounds like barter, but, it isn’t like that, at all. I often get lost when I try to explain something abstract in words, like the feeling that the world is a safer place when you’ve got a friend like Sandra.
